About Liv ...
Liv has been practicing energy work and Reiki since 2013 and massage and bodywork since 2003. Massage is the modality that was the gateway into her lifelong career into wellbeing and holistic health, (and is still a staple in her practice today).
In 2019, the call to step into her role as a Reiki Master and teacher was so strong, she could not ignore it. She fully stepped into her role and has helped initiate, teach, mentor and guide others in Reiki to be the healing facilitators they are meant to be.
Her newest endeavor has been learning the art of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Integrating this work has proven to help clients make huge shifts in their life by letting go of emotional baggage, releasing old patterns and reprogramming the brain to create the results they ultimately desire. She became a Master Practitioner of NLP in 2020.
Mission
Liv's soul mission and purpose is to guide others into a place of healing within themselves and step into their authentic self and highest potential. She is here to shine light on and help others rediscover their ancient wisdom, their inner voice and tap into the magic that lives within them.
Vision
Light work is both a calling and a choice. The vision is to make an impact on this planet by assisting others in tapping into the magic that not only heals themselves, but heals others and creates the ripple effect that makes an impact upon the world.
